Visual Style
The camera will move slowly and with intention, allowing the audience to absorb each moment much like the act of playing a record. Movement will be motivated by emotion or music, never used simply to create activity.
The visual world will feel warm, tactile, and often nocturnal. Backlight, practical sources, and a restrained use of haze will create depth. Reds, ambers, and golds will carry warmth, while shadow will make the images intimate and reflective.
Close and macro photography will reveal grooves, paper fibers, ink, fingerprints, dust, machinery, needle movement, and vibration. The contrast between physical and digital life will be felt through rhythm, texture, and light rather than explained through judgment.
