Production Status

Updated status for all those who have contributed: We are working on the film slowly. It exist as a statement to being human and is being made slowly piece by piece because profit and speed is not the goal. A proof of concept film has been placed on the home page, please take time to watch it. Months of filming, research, and personal resources have already gone into building the project.

I owe a Big thank you to all the people who have given us there time and patience.

Additional filming is needed to complete the central story and connect the existing interviews and imagery and then we will be ready to release it into the world.

Remaining Story Needs

Central musician: Confirm and film the artist creating and recording one song.

Record journey: Film the song moving through mastering, plating, pressing, printing, and packaging.

Supporting stories: Complete the record label, high fidelity listening, neuroscience, collector, record store, and listening community chapters.

Listener: Film the final discovery of the completed record.

Pickups: Capture the images and transitions needed to connect the full journey.

Support that is donated will help cover production, travel, crew, insurance, editing, sound, color, subtitles, music licensing, legal costs, festival materials, marketing, and distribution.
